OKay I am looking to get one of these babys.

A few years ago I got real sick of scratched CD's. I got sick of buying $20 CD's that last a couple months before they skip. So I switched everything I have over to MD. At home, portable, and in my truck. Well now that I have about 5K MP3 files I needed a Mini Disc player that will understand MP3 format in my truck, already have the portable and at home. Nobody makes one! (yet). However Kenwoods Music Keg has come down in proce about $300, so for $500 I can get the music KEG that holds 2500 MP3's in my truck, and it will work with my Kenwood Excelon MD in dash.

My question is:

Has anybody got one of these bad boys and how do you like it?

I hear you can make folders or (playlists) and scan through all the songs using the file naming....

Thanks for any advice....looking to get one on Thursday........

While I don't have one I have delt with them. I like the concept of it and by going to phatnoise you can get larger magazines for it. It is farly easy to load and navigate. It would be good for you whom wants to rid them self of the hassel of CD, which is basicly the idea behind the music keg.

Tim
