If you open up the compartment with the jack, and look up, there are two electronics boxes. One of them has a sticker with the 5 digit code for the door. You may or may not need a mirror to see it.
I'm experiecing the same problem. I just bought a used 2003 XLT Sport and don't know what the factory code is for the keyless entry pad. Does anyone know where this code is located in the vehicle? Thanks
On the 2002-current Explorers, the number can be found on behind the passenger side B pillar trim.. Right behind the 2nd row seats. Use the remote and listen along the passenger's 2nd row seat side for the module clicking.
I just bought a 2002.Im kinda new at this so,how exactly can I remove this panel to reveal the juicy goodness that is the factory code? As in,what tools are needed,etc.
