Hello everyone!
My 2000 Ford Explorer's keyless entry has gone out. It first went out for about a week and then it came back for another week and now it's been out since. Here's a basic list of it all...
-I have two fobs, both have been tested and are confirmed to send out a signal
-Have tried reprogramming fobs, but car never recognizes fob
-Alarm still works (accidentally set it off the other day... what a pain w/o a fob)
-All electric locks still work with buttons inside car
-RAP module is the internal antenna module
-RAP module has been replaced with one out of a pick and pull
-Tried reprogramming new RAP, car still didn't recognize the signal
-Put old RAP back in
At this point I'm fighting frustration as I can't imagine what the issue here could be. Are there any special fuses inline or any relays in the rear quarter that I should check? Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
Best,
Morgan
