Keyless Remote Numbers for 2002 Sport

2002 Sport with keyless pad on the door but no remote fobs. I want to buy a remote off ebay, but I'm seeing a lot of ads with conflicting years and models, I'm guessing the confusion since the Sports were not redesigned with the 4 doors.. eh?

Can someone tell me for sure how many buttons (3 or 4) are supposed to be on the remote for a 2002 Sport and what are the part numbers on the back?

I have an '01 and there's three buttons. Lock, unlock, and alarm. As for the numbers, I can't tell you what mine are exactly right now since my dad has it at his work for new tires. I'm assuming the remote for his '03 Ranger would be the same thing as it's just like mine, so here's what it reads:
