KMC Hoss 20x9's installed!

After owning my Explorer for almost a year and a half, after having spent more than $10000 in parts upgrades & labour, and after a long 6000km trip across Canada to the Northern Alberta oilsands for work, I had far too many km's on my stock wheels and rubber, and was in desperate need of an upgrade. I had long since settled on the black KMC 20 x 9 Hoss wheels (-12 offset), since I absolutely love the badass-wagon-wheel look to them. I wrapped them in some Nitto Terragrapplers (265/50R20) and installed them a few days ago:

The only issue I had was slight rubbing in the front on the inside of the bumper cover, a quick trim with a zip-cut tool alleviated this problem.

Love it, but I am kind of partial to the all blacked out look.

I've really gotta do away with those old 2 piece headlights and trade them up for one-piece projector HID's! There wasn't much room in the wash bay in my shop to get a good angle for a photo, so the picture unfortunately obscures my billet grilles and black chrome taillights. I do have plans to get the headlights soon, and tint the front side windows as well. Ah well, plenty of time and money after Xmas to take care of the rest!

Saw the grill. It's on my wish list. I've got the same rig in the same color, but with the V8. I have the black tail lights, black projectors, and black wheels.
