Ok you guys...we've tried and tried again to have a get together. I've been able to get with you guys one by one and it's been great. We've tried a run, but with the heat that's too much. I sent out an email to everybody and withen a day got some feedback. Lets do it....we'll call it....THE AC RUN. We'll get together at a restraunt or something. Post your ideas here. I'm game any time this week, or next with the expetion of Friday or Saturday. A certin person(no name) is heading to Cabo soon so we can't do it between some dates....didn't make since to me...but he says so.

How about you guys. I vote we find an Lonestar Steak House and meet there. I've been craving a steak. Next Sunday or Monday night would be best for me.

Well you can go without me, it's not my fault I'll be doing the Cabo Wabo in Cabo. Look out Sammy here I come!! Can you tell my favorite drink is? What Lonestar are you talking about? Are you thinking about Sunrise Mtn. Some people told me about a B-17 that crashed up there in the late 40's, what do you know about it?

Ron....what are you talking about?? Your email said you were going for the 6th to the 12?? I think you missed your plane. Have you started a bit early?? Just keep this in mind....for what the trip to Cabo costs....You could have a solid axle.

A lot of planes crashed around here, but the debri fields are pretrty much picked over. A customer of ours is part of the Lost Birds foundation. They find where planes went down and lobby for recognition of the pilot's service. Most planes that went down here are in the restricted areas, but some have been found in the canyons. Usually just small pieces like rivets and such. Sometimes munitions and dog tags have been found. Remember any munitions are probably live so be careful. If you find any dog tags notify lost birds so proper recognition of service can be arranged.

There is a Lonestar on Decatur and Trop, but I vote for Outback, the ribs are killer and fall off the bone. Or second vote is Memphis Barbecue, their ribs are smoked.

Are we doing a trail ride or just eating cause I do work during the week. Not that I could'nt do one, I'm just wondering. My office is just down the street from the Outback on Sahara and Durango so thats cool with me.

Sounds good to me. For now lets just leave it at dinner. Outback on Flamingo would be best for me and Fixer(I'm guessing since he lives right up the street from me)however I'm willing to drive to Durango. Does 7pm on Monday sound good to everybody. If nobody posts a problem we'll call this a go.

You're refering to the one by the Rio right. If so I can make a point to get there early and get a table. Just tell me how many we need. Ron...is that one cool with you. If not I'll make the extra drive and find out where the one on Sahara is. Either one works for me.

Hey Ron, I just noticed in your signature, it says a 4.5" lRancho lift on the Ranger. can you explain? A typo, taller coils, or what?

RangerX, I'm the 2nd owner of the truck. This is what the previous owner told me. 4.5" looks about right sitting next to the Explorer, but I never really gave it much thought. I know that Rancho doesn't make a 4.5" now, maybe they did in '93. It's a great kit though, much stronger than the Stupidlift. I should look up the shock #'s and see what lift it refer's to.

Lee, the one by the Rio is fine. Someone should get there early. The one up by me is hopping by 6.
