leaf spring mounts

ok so after searching and not really finding anything...

i fixed the front and rear frame mounts on the right side last week, what a pain just to get the damn rivets out! I want to get at the right side, but my concern is the gas tank, its so close to the frame it looks impossible to fit a wrench in there to tighten the new hardware when you have the new mount in place.

Anyone with experience with this one let me know...

I did it from above with the bed removed. Not sure how hard it would be from below.

didnt think that really matters, but if it helps ya its a 93 and im in michigan.
