Hey everyone, I just got a 96 Explorer SPORT 4x4 and the previous owner has replaced the main rear factory spring mounts which apparently are garbage and rust out frequently on many Explorers locally with some heavy duty home-made brackets. They appear to work well, but it RATTLES TERRIBLE !! when I drive through rough roads or if I accelerate rapidly, actually it makes more of a metal clunking noise .... how exactly would I go about hushing the unsilent beast ? .... thanks ...
