Extended brakes lines, and having spring perched welded to the top of the axle tube for starters.

What are you doing In the front to match the 5 or so inches you’ll gain in the back?

That’s what I need help with my buddy said a sloping body lift and I should be fine. I already have torsion keys on the front

Is this really an off road truck? If it’s for looks, I’d just do a regular body lift, and shackles vs a spring over. I’d also just get lift springs before doing a SOA as well.

I would rethink a sloped body lift.
