Leaking Coolant outside front Passenger side - 2010 Ford Explorer V6 FWD

Hello, hopefully someone has some light as to what may be happening to my SUV.
I have a 2010 Ford Explorer V6 and yesterday i started leaking coolant from the front passenger side. its dripping underneath where the floorboard is on the outside.
I know its not the condensation from my AC because i am losing Coolant in the Radiator tank.
Has anyone heard of this happening especially in the spot its leaking from?

Its not major but its definitely noticeable and it does wet the ground quite a bit.

Yep, seams on the tank are probably gone. Pretty common issue. Mine is on its third rad. Lots of guides on here, pretty easy DIY fix. Run you about 100 bucks for a new one to drop in.
