Hey guys today I noticed some dripping from the front passenger side of my 2003 Explorer XLT. Upon inspecting the liquid it doesnt seem to be coolant or oil but its seems to be water. I pop the hood and the coolant level is normal. However theres this cylindrical shaped metal thing located next to the coolant reservoir that had water on it and had a small water drip coming from it. Can anyone tell me what the thing is and why it may be leaking? Thanks.

ill take a better look later, vut first impression is it could be heater core port of some sorr. i however do not own a 3G v8
So If it's a heater core port dones that mean there's a missing hose?
