leaking rt axel seal

2000 awd explorer leaking & slinging gear lub. on right side. check left axel it is tight in the housing. right axel has play in the axel housing. is there a bushing or bearing in the right axel housing? what am I looking at to repair this?

Rear I'm guessing.

If it's the rear, you'll need to pull the diff cover and remove the c-clip in the diff. Then remove the wheel and brake assy. Then pull the axle out and replace the outer bearing and seal. Then put it all back together.
