Lean on bank 1&2 Help

whats up ford drivers, I have a problem. Im getting codes saying lean on bank 1 and bank 2, also rough idle on cold starts until car warms up. No vac leaks, spark plugs and wires have been changed. mass air flow sensor replaced. but there is a rattle was sound like a timing chain may be lose. any ideals on what this could be. appreciate all the help i can get.

Check the PCV elbow on all sides, including the bottom. (Job 2)
