Led wiring question

Where or what would be the best way to wire in two single leds located on the dash so that they turn on/off with the stock light dimmer?

I snagged a wire tap but figured id ask on here for any better ideas.

First off, I'm assuming that you're using 12VDC leds and by dimmer you mean dash light dimmer and not high beam dimmer. If that's the case, ground the led cathodes and you can simply tap into your dash lighting. The led current draw is so small that the fusing requirement shouldn't change for 2 singles. If a more elaborate setup is desired then a relay is the way to go.
