Left front fender liner

I am looking all over the web for a replacement left front, what I believe is cllled a fender liner or reinforcement. It is the hard rubber part that follows the fender down and is attached to the fender apron with two plugs and to the fender with 3 philips screws. This is the part that has to be removed to get to the fog light bulb. I can't seem to find this part anywhere. Can someone help or may be parting out an '01 that may have this part. Thanks.

Thanks, but it is not the apron, it is the forward part that drops down from the apron. It is at the extreme front of the fender well. You have to remove it to get to the fog light.

I might have that since I cut my bumper off. I'm in nature for the weekend but I can check next week.
