I was curious if I got clear corner lights without amber bulbs for turn signals, if they were just normal bulbs or halogen, if they would be legal.

ya josh, im pretty sure as long as they are either amber or white they are legal. i have superwhite bulbs in my moms mazda's clear corners and have never had any trouble.

You must have the amber bulb. Any headlight modification is illegal. Atleast in CA it is.

I have clear corners with the hyperwhite bulbs and i have never been pulled because of them. one time when i was pulled the policeman walked all the way around my explorer and said nothing about the lights. i drove from Greenwood south Carolina to cassemi flordia to a paintball tournament and was never pulled for them and i use my blinker almost every time i turn unless there are no other cars. look around for some other people running clear corners any type of car or truck and ask the driver if they have ever had any trouble. or you could go by the local car customizing place and ask them. I have no idea about Legal or not but I just have the super white bulbs in the corners. They look clear not bluish.

That is what gets me is all the ricers (just saying not ripping on) running arround with BLUEBLUE BLUEBLUE lights in clear corners, rear turn signals and I have even seen them for BREAK LIGHTS! I'm like what the...? They are just driving arround all the time.

I am going to start keeping my digital camera with me and take pic's of all the stuff I see.
