Let Me Introduce Myself, My Name Is Bob, I Am Almost 64 Years Old. I Have Had 2 Explorers, A 94 And A 98 Xlt. My 98 Has 164,000 Miles On It. My Wife And I Live In Mazatlan , Mexico Now Going On 1 1/2 Years. We Have Made The Trip From Here To The State Of Washington And Back 2 Times Plus To Arizona Once In The 98. We Are Planning On Going Back To Washington Shortly And Are Hoping To Find Ways To Increase Gas Mileage. We Get About 20 Mpg Hiway. We Love Our Explorer. No More Front Wheel Drive Cars Or Vans Etc. For Me. I Also Own A 91 And 92 Ranger Bothhave The 3.0 Litre Engine. Both Have Close To 300,000 Miles On Them. Excellant Trucks, Both 2 Wheel Drive. I Do Have To Admit That They Don't Have Quite The Power That Had Years Ago, But I Wouldn't Be Afraid To Head Across Country With Eighter One. If They Blew Up I Could Walk Away With No Regrets They Have More Than Paid For Themselves. The 92 I Bought In 1996 And Only Paid $3900.00 For It.
