You have to call around to different shops to see what they're charging. You can try OK auto in stewartsville but they're a bunch of clowns and I doubt they'd even touch an explorer. You can also try meadowlands 4wd in Rutherford. to have one installed is gonna cost you easily 3-400 i'd guess, for that price you could buy a nice toolset and do it yourself.
