Lift and Exaust

I have a 2004 Ford Explorer 2wd i wanted to know what kind of lift i should get and it duel exaust flowmasters would sound good?

Look at the forum in which you posted this thread in. There should be a bunch of stickies with lift options. And as for the exhaust, dual outlets is no better than a single exhaust, unless you have true duals which i doubt, but i may be wrong. now if you are going for flashiness, duals look nice, but the sound is the same from one to 2 (i know from experience, and many others say the same thing). Flowmasters sound great, i believe there are threads with exhaust sounds around the forum were the members have shown their's off for others to listen to. I would recommend super 10 series muffles from flowmaster, really aggressive, but not recommended for street use (loud)
