Lift question

I own a 98 xlt and i am finishing up my truck i did a 3 inch spindle lift aal and shackles. Is it ok it the front of the truck sits 1 inch higher than the rear? Are there any side effects that will come later on?

Just the appearance. I wouldn't worry about it.

Nah its ok i actually really like it when i pull up to a stock ex there is a major difference in height wise and i like it. But thanks anyways.
