Hey everyone i have a 96 ford explorer xlt 4 door and would like to put a lift under it for cheap. I have heard that i could do add-a-leafs to fix my sag problem plus to equal out with twisting up the front end and maybe thought about putting a 3inch body lift too what do you guys think about this or is there a better way?

thanks tim

The cheapest way without spending thousands for the 4'' Superlift suspension kit is doing a torsion twist up front, adding lift shackles in the rear, and then a 2 or 3 inch body lift. That should only run you, total, a couple hundred dollars. The shackles will help with the sag, but the add-a-leaf is also a good option to help with that as well. Use the search function, all these things have been discussed thousands of times.

Good luck...

Check out this thread it will keep you busy awhile and give you different lift ideas. But as Paraphoe said this have been discussed alot.
