Hello I'm currently at a halt with my rebuild on my 99 4.0 ohv. I recently rotated the crankshaft to bolt my torque converter to flywheel. My question is do I have to rotate the engine to TDC to properly install the lifters. The old lifters have been out since I have rotated my crank. Also wanted to know is there any kind of adjustments with these rocker arms that I should know about. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank You!

No it doesn't have to be top dead center...I don't know what kinda of work you did to your motor , but if you took your lifters out, they need to go back in the same place,so do the pushrods... There's no adjustments, rocker arm's bolt on torque to spec...
