They're in the front hubs wheel bearings, rear I'm not sure because mine don't have traction control so just a single ABS sensor on the differential.

Earlier models with 3 channel ABS the rear sensor is on top of the rear differential. Later models with 4 channel ABS the sensors are out near the hubs.

02-05 trac has 3 wheel speed sensors for the abs system
One on each front wheel bearing and one for the rear axle at top of the differential
If your ABS light came on there is a trouble code stored in the ABS module, a good OBD2 scanner can retrieve the code and tell you where to look
