I picked up a set of EE sway bars from Evan (XLT_66) and plan on installing them soon. Looks pretty easy but wasn't sure if I should bolt up the new sway bar to the frame first then replace the end links or pull everything out at once.

I'm planning on new poly bushings and end links too. Energy Suspension looks to be the favorite here. From searching around I see they have a front bushing/end link kit, but does anyone know if they have one for the rear?

Joe:

If the new bar is the same diameter as the stock bar, then the e/s bushing kit should be an easy swap. Take out old links, remove bolts to frame. Install new bar to frame (loose), install links, torque to spec.

E/S doesn't make bushings for the rear bar that I'm aware of.
