Loose ground cable

I have a loose ground cable on the passenger side of the engine bay in my 94 XLT. One end is currently connected to the passenger fender and the other end is dangling. It right behind the power distribution box. Anyone have any idea where the other end connects to?!?!

I looked at my '92 and there's a black/pink wire going to the passenger fender from out of the main wiring harness. I looked at the wiring diagram in Chiltons and couldn't tell what that particular wire grounds. A better wiring diagram, like the ones in the Ford manual may be able to identify it.
