Loss of Power and rough idle

Need a little help. I have a 97 Exp. Sport Trac and it just started to idle rough and has a noticable loss of power. It almost knocks off when sitting in traffic. Exhaust sounds a little funny as well. It only has 80K miles on it. Could this be the TPS or IAC? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

IAC is a likely candidate. Is the check engine light on?

No check engine light. I had the almost same thing happen to my dodge ram and it was the IAC.
