My 97 X AWD is stranded in a parking lot. Basically the bolts holding the caliper onto the hub are gone (well 1 backed out and is gone, the other snapped). If anyone knows the size of the bolts it would be greatly appreciated so I can go buy some at an auto store and get the X home

Its a 97 5.0 AWD 4dr X.

Thanks guys

Bolts? I thought they used those really long slide pins, any auto parts store should be able to look it up for you.

Caliper bracket (anchor plate) bolt:

Vague description here, but maybe it can help. Outside of standard stuff, I am no good with bolt sizing, but I have one of these bolts right here.

Course thread metric, class 10.9.
-1 3/8" long: 3/8" shoulder, 1" thread
-12 or 13 threads per inch (once again, don't know metric standards)
-shoulder is 1/2" diameter, so I guess 13mm
-head is 15mm socket

May not help any, but maybe

Awesome....thats the info I needed to know....the ones that actually hold the caliper to the hub assembly.

Time to get some with loctite.
