yea so whats the basic maintenance runaround for an explorer...

radiator flush
oil change
oil filter
air filter
tranny fluid

what else should i check out, this is for my girlfriends 04 that hasnt been touched in forever...

Since you don't know the service history, I would recommend replacing all fluids.

You have the list in your first post. Also change the differential(s) fluid as well.
