- '99 Eddie Bauer 4.0 SOHC
Hey all. I'm kinda new to this site! I have a 99 Explorer Eddie Bauer 4.0 SOHC with a 410 Rear end. I have the famous rear end roaring only on acceleration. gets louder with speed! I figured it was the inner and or outer pinion bearings. My question would be, how do i remove these bearings and do both have to be pressed back in? Thanks ya'll!
