Loud whistle/moan after cleaning

I cleaned my MAF and IAC today due to a slight miss and wandering idle.
Well know when it is running it has a loud humming/ whistling sound coming from intake tube area. You can actually feel it vibrating when you touch the intake tube.
Anybody ever had this problem?
I work on cars everyday, allday and never heard this noise before

I will bet my first 5c on an air leak in the duct work. Sometimes the rubber edge gets folded down where you can't see under a fastener somewhere.

Did you remember to make sure the crankcase breather tube is still attached?
