Ive recently noticed that while driving at lows speeds, my truck makes a low pitched humming noise. It appears to be coming from the front/middle underneath the truck. It's weird because the only time i can her it is when i drive by a row of parked cars or something that the sound can bounce off of. Also, i have to have my window down to hear it, and it seems to only happen at speeds of below 20 mph. It has a pulsating sound that increases as i speed up from like 10 to 15 mph. It also occurs whether i am giving the truck gas or just coasting. The other day I pulled into a parking spot and came to a stop, and the low pulsating continued for like 1 second after the truck had stopped rolling. I really have no idea what could be causing it although my first inclination would be to guess that it has something to do with the awd transfer case or front driveshaft. (This summer i unbolted my front driveshaft to convert my truck to 2wd which i realize was not the best idea. I only had it off for like a week but i dont recall hearing the noise before doing this) Any suggestions and/or comments would be greatly appreciated. THanks
