I know i probably shouldn't of started a new thread when i just did one for my water pump but here it goes.. Just recently my truck kinda start to hesitate kinda.. and ive drove plenty V8 and the kinda power it has now is compared to a 4 cylinder lol.. it just doesn't pick up and go anymore like it should.. my question is what should i really check to see what my problem is... ive done pressure test and everything seems normal i have a EGR value thrown code but its fine and not clogged...

Also thought i'd tell you guys that recently bought a used explorer i bought mine maybe 8 months ago and heard a wobble in the front i finally check it out and i have a loose bolt that i could take off with my hand it was to the TIE ROD END. and a loose bolt that i could take off with my hand to my brake caliber i could of pretty much got in a serious wreck.. so if you buy something make sure all the important stuff is tight. lol

How many miles on this engine? Got any idea about its history? Is it burning oil? How is it idling?
What's the EGR code? The most common EGR problem for this vintage is the DPFE sensor, not the valve itself. Doubt that this will cause problems at WOT, however.
The V8 has bad reputation for ignition wires, which, in a 1998 should have been replaced a long time ago, and perhaps already twice. Normally deteriorated ignition wires cause misfires, though. Are you sure that there are no codes for that?

Pressure test

Guess you meant fuel pressure. Did you test it just at idle? That may not mean much; if the pump is weak or the filter obstructed, it can still deliver normal pressure for the minimal flow at idle.

114k miles on it right now.. its not burning oil.. and its idleing great. i'm not sure the EGR code now i'll have to get my uncle to check it again sense he has the computer.. and there was no other codes except EGR... and it seems like whoever owned it before did replace alot of stuff just whoever finished it didn't tighten alot of stuff that could of caused someones life lol.. but other then that it has all new ball joints and everything which i was surprised.. It had Great power when i bought it but now not so much
