MAF Cleaning ?

What is recomended to clean a MAF. I heard some chemicals can damage?

Thankyou for the obvieous idea. I did not think of that! and I'm having a tough time getting denatured alc.

I use a different brand. I think it's made by "CRC". It works well too.
