Anyone could give me tips about leather seats conservation/cleaning?
Off the shelf products are enough? Which brand is recommended?

I'd use anything by Maguires. Best stuff I've ever used.

I use a 2 step process, one cleaner, one conditioner. I use Zymol products, and have been very pleased with them. Target stores in the US sell their leather cleaner, but you can buy them online too (costs way more). I hear Lexol is a good product too.
I try to clean and condition every couple months (my car gets pretty low wear, not a lot of passengers).
