Major tranny headaches .. really need help.

So the tranny went out on my 95 4wd 4.0l X couple weeks ago..major slipping, and wouldnt move. Before that happened the o/d light would flash often. I have read that intales tranny problems are coming.
I just got it back today from being rebuilt, with new torque converter, pump etc etc. And now im in a nightmare, as it shifts very hard and the o/d light is still flashing. This is very irritating as I just dumped a bunch of money in the rebuild.

Is there anyone with any idea? Maybe a certain sensor? Ill try and reset the ecu to see if that helps any. Im just worried im gonna smoke this freshly rebuilt tranny. Thanks for your help!

Can I get a code reader somewhere like autozone?
Right now this is my daily, and I need it..thats my only worry.

Im just not understanding why its doing this if its freshly rebuilt!
 






Some places like Autozone could read the code for free, but it might not show up on their scanner. The scanner has to be capable of reading manufacturer specific codes. Some codes can't be read with an ordinary scanner. The transmission shops have high tech scanners which could read most codes. The best thing to do at this point is to go back to the place which rebuilt it.
 






went to autozone and they looked at me like I was crazy.

It is very wierd, as the o/d light has gone off a few times and it runs and shifts perfectly??
Could this be electrical? Are there other components I can replace for the tranny externally?
 


















I just found the tranny section .. but now theres motor issues!

Story goes: Tranny went out one day. Didnt have $1600 for cottman. Paid a local guy $700 to rebuild it. Got it back and the O/D light is still flashing. When the light is off it runs and drives perfectly, way better than I have ever felt in it.
I go to a local shop to get codes: word for word..ready:(
652 Modulated Lockup solenoid CKT (?)
157 MAF signal too low
176 EGO not switching(?)
214 Cyl ID CKT Fault (?)
327 EGR signal
628 Excessive coverter clutch slippage
646 Incorrect 2nd ratio
647 Incorrect 3rd ratio
648 Incorrect 4th ratio

To make a long story short. After visually inspecting everything..it looks like the whole wire harness block on the side of the tranny is toast. All the wires are completely bare. I am hoping someone has a diagram for the whole block of wires...praying if I rewire it..the o/d light will stop... or is this something I should just get from the junkyard?
Also, he told me something about the computer is not the updated one? Anyone know about this!?
Lastly..the MAF issue. When I got this truck it came witha PVC 3" intake..and I think its throwing it off. What is the stock diameter?
