My truck is making a thud noise when its going slow afrom about 0 to 30 km's an hour. Sounds seems like it's coming from the front drivers side, i took the tire off didnt see anything. Anyone have any ideas>
Thanks
x2 on the bearings. that was my problem but at 60Mph i would get it Bad and it would shake my truck. ended up being hub assembly. easy to replace though (and it was my first time doing it by myself)
but mine started out the same way you have explained. i too have a 97.X. i would check them Hubs. looking at about $350 (iirc) to replace them though doing it your self.
