Manual 4WD conversion?

I was wondering if they made a conversion for the early explorers (1993) that converted the touch 4wd (on the fly whatever you like to call it), to the manual shift (to engage 4wd)? Also do they make coversions for the auto hubs to manual hubs? If so, where?

some explorers had the manual shift tcase, all you would need to do is bolt one of those in and drill a hole through the floor...
