manual hub questin

its looking like the auto hubs on my 92 took a fat crap..well at least the passenger side one.

My question is on my auto hubs i have a 4x4 and a 4x4 low.... Are manual hubs cabable of this...i know i'd have to do it manually but can they do a 4x4 low range???

Yes you will have 4 wheel Hi as well as 4 wheel Lo. That is not controled by the Hubs, that is controlled by the Transfer Case.

so just the turning of the hubs on and off is manual

if i want to put it in 4 low then i can still do that by push button?

for 4x4 you must have:

1.hubs locked
2.push button

for 4x4 low you must have:

1.hubs locked
2.vehicle stopped
3.must be in park or nuetral
4.have 4x4 button pushed and also have low range button pushed

it operates no different than it does now except you have to get out and lock them before you use 4X4 and unlock them when you come out of 4X4. i had the warn manual hubs on my 93 and i had no problems with them... fairly easy install too.
