marker light and radio issue

I seem to be having a problem that when i start the car both front marker lights are on- no other lights and my headlight switch is turned off. what i also seem to be having a problem with is my radio will not turn off when the vehicle is shut off and i exit the car out of any door. I checked the harness in the doors because i did have a break in it a year or so ago. they seem to be fine. oh, and its an 02. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

for the radio...check the Accessory Delay Relay.

no, it's in the fuse/relay box under the hood. relay 2075 spot K126?
