well I started taking my truck apart after posting this

http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1827554#post1827554

My Ex is now in an undriveable state, So I feel the need to upgrade my thread to a 911.

I took apart the dash till I got to the speedo, which I can not unhook. So I stopped:rolleyes:

My plan "A" is you guys and fix it right.

But my plan "B" is cutting the marker lights and running new wires and say F@#K it,

Plan "C" is running a relay from the head light/ dimmer switch to the markers

do you still need help??

some speedo cables can be removed by squeezing the connector together (like the child-proof medicine caps). you can always disconnect from the tranny to give you more room.

parking lights...have you checked the fuses (fuse 10 15Amp interior fuse panel, and fuse 2 40Amp engine fuse panel). with lights ON key ON, do you have power on Brown wire??

I do think most is ok, the brown/burnt wire seems to be to well.

The turn signel/back up lights/fans fuse still keeps blowing??

I now think I might cut the fan out from that fuse, and wire/fuse it to a toggle?
