You press the 'Settings' icon (little wheel cogs) just to the right of the 'Home' icon.
Then select 'Settings' and then 'System'.

what exactly does the master reset do. there is a warning that everything will be lost and I have to make sure that I remove any SD, MP3, disconnect blah blah blah. So I chickened out.
