Max Tire Size

What is the max tire size that people have been running without issues (rubbing, braking, etc.) on the 18 in steelies and no lift? I want to get more of an off road tire but don't want to change the rims. Thanks!

Yeah I did a search, I always do before posting a question, and most of the threads just had recommendations, not real world examples. I did not know that the XLT came with 18s and I do see one person running 245/60s in that thread so thank you for that.
