Basically looks like a Freestyle run through a Mercury filter. I like it.

Points of interest include a twin-turbocharged V6 diesel hybrid motor which puts out more torque than Ford's V-10, a lane departure warning system, and "Collision Mitigation by Braking (CMbB)."
It's the CMbB that impresses/concerns me. Turns out the vehicle uses the onboard camera and radar to monitor the world before you, tracking the position, speed and direction of the cars around you. If somebody does something stupid and the vehicle determines a crash is imminent, it preps for impact and applies braking until the driver takes control by either swerving or hitting the brakes themself, at which point the emergency ABS brakes kick in. The theory is that a reduction of even 5mph is enough to save lives in some accidents, and the automatic brakes may give you a few extra feet to swerve around an accident.
