Hey guys I was gonna trade one of my vehicles I no longer use for a 98 Mountaineer. I was offering to trade my 4x4 96 Ext S-10 for it. The thing had a few issues that made me run. I was wondering if I asked the seller to offer some cash included if it'd be worth the trade? From what I noticed when the truck started it idled great, but it cranked over slow like it had a voltage problem. It was very cold out here at the time but the engine was warm.
So it wasn't a cold start. No battery light or anything was on, but the check engine light was on. Guy said he didn't scan the codes yet. Cruise also didn't work on it, but the body was pretty solid with little rust. Should I offer him a trade if he could throw some cash on top of it? Truck sounded like it was on it's last legs to me.
