Message Center For Ford Explorer Question

I have a 97 Mercury Mountaineer. A friend of mine has a message center for ford explorer or mountaineer 98-01 for sale. Is there any way I can get it to work for my car? Probably not but just asking. He wants $40.00 for it. If not anyone interseted.

I didn't double post. Don't understand how it happened. My computer frooze when I went to put it up. So I had restart and I check and said I never posted anything so I posted a new one and i wake up this morning and its there.

It will work. You're adding it and not replacing it, right? If you're adding it you would have to add all the sensors and stuff. Do a search, because BIGCOUNTRY did a big write up about it.

no you will need one from a 97 explorer or mounty..they changed the wiring every year..it must be from your year or it will he 100 times harder to put in(that's what i hear anyhow)
