To put mileage into perspective, the circumference of the earth at the equator is 24,901.55 miles (40,075.16 kilometers).
So, simple math dictates that if you have 100,000 miles on the odometer, your vehicle has driven enough miles to go around the Earth 4 times. Pretty impressive, hey?
I wonder how many times the average transmission has shifted in 100,000 miles?
