Thanks for all your inputs. Now I know I'm in the normal range. Another question for the group. I'm thinking about replacing the exhaust with the cat-back Borla system. What's a good intake system upgrade for the '94 4.0L?

You can save some money by going with a custom exhaust system for your truck from your local muffler shop.

As far as intake goes, I recommend the KKM Tryu Rev.

I have the borla and highly recommend. Very easy installation and sounds nice. On the intake side I would get either the KKM or the K&N and then get a larger throttle body (I have the 66MM BBK and it was easy install and is excellent.

4.0l ohv / 37K /regular oil no syntetic yet/was crashed before I got it.
I have Superchip (93octane gas) , nothing more what can increase or decrease gas consumption.

You just answered your gas mileage problem, sorry.

I'll bet your sport also has the 4.10 axle ratio. it kills gas milage but adds performance
