Missing when i give it gas

HELLO TO ALL I HAVE AN 94 FORD EXPLORE AN I USE IT AS MY WORK TRUCK.BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM MY TRUCK WAS RUNNING FINE WITHOUT A PROBLEM. AN I TOOK THE BATTERY OUT WHILE IT WAS RUNNING TO PUT IT INTO MY BROTHERS TRUCK,TO MOVE IT BECAUSE HIS BATTERY WAS DEAD BUT HE GOT INTO MY TRUCK A MOVED IT WITHOUT THE BATTERY IN IT. AN NOW IM HAVING PROBLEMS LIKE H--L IT STARTS FINE BUT AS SOON AS I GIVE IT GAS IT STARTS TO MISS REALLY BAD RPM'S GO UP AN DOWN IVE CHANGED.THE TPS,MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR AN THE COMPUTER STILL DOES THE SAME THING. ANY HELP WITH THIS ISSUE WILL HELP THANKS

battery is to stabilize voltage, with out a battery a car will run, but it could of spiked the pcm.

When were your plugs and wires changed last? I had a similar issue with my 93. It couldn't even make it up the drive without dying (manual tranny). Changed the plugs and wires and it runs great now.

It's been a little while on my plugs an wires,but it didnt start this until i took the battery out an moved it. But i put in a new computer in an still does the same do you think i should move on to plugs an wires.
