Mobil 1 oil

How often do you all change your full Sen. oil? I change my filter every 3k and oil every 6k. Should I change it more or less? Thanks for the help.

I plan on changing my filter every 5000 and my oil every 10000.

Oil and filter every 3,000 but I may start doing filter at 3,000 and oil and filter at 6,000.

I change our every 6k-10k (depending on how I feel/weather etc).

We use Mobile 1 Syn.. 5w-30.. with Mobile 1 filter

The motor now has 250,900 miles on.. We now average 40k+ miles per year on it.. mostly highway.. with about 10 miles of dirt road every day..
