Mobil 1 oil??

I have been using mobil 1 full synthetic and the mobil 1 filter and was wandering how often you all change you oil when using full synthetic? What about the rear end and transfer case and front differntal? Use mobil 1 gear oil or stick with the ford?

I have used Mobil 1 10 w 30 for years in many cars, trucks and boats. I change the oil and filter at 3-5k miles ( depending on my schedule at the time ).

I definately recomment Mobil 1 fluids in the auto transmission and the rear end,

i change my oil (syn) every 10-15K miles. no problems at all.

ask GJarret, he used his explorer as a guinea pig. and the lab results proved that it is safe. if you change your synthetic every 3K, it's only wasting money.
